The Blue Coast

The Côte Bleue and its paradisiacal beaches are just a 20-minute drive from Domaine de la Nerthe. We particularly advise you to go to the Rouet beach, half sand and half pebble. You will enjoy sunbathing or swimming in turquoise water, accompanied by the sound of cicadas. From this beach, you can practice scuba diving and discover exceptional landscapes.

For exceptional walks, we advise you to go around Ensues-la-Redonne. You can walk in these creeks located just a 15-minute drive from the Domaine.

Marseilles

Just a 20-minute drive from Domaine de la Nerthe, you will be in the heart of the city of Marseille. Do the essentials of the Phocaean City such as a stroll in the Old Port, a visit to MuCEM, a stop in the Panier district, a shopping session on the Canebière or an excursion to Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde, known as the "Good Mother". For atypical visits, we advise you to discover the Cours Julien or the Prado beaches

Aix en Provence

Less than 30 kilometers from our establishment, visit the city of Aix-en-Provence. Do the flagship activities of the city: walk around the old town, stroll along the Cours Mirabeau, visit the Granet Museum, stroll in the Jourdan Park, discover the Atelier Cézanne or taste calissons.

The pond of Berre

This pond is located a 10-minute drive from Domaine de la Nerthe. Guests can take kitesurfing or windsurfing lessons. The Etang de Berre is the second largest salt pond in Europe. The pond of Berre is bordered by beaches, where you can bathe and indulge in idleness.

Martigues

Martigues, "La Venise Provençale", is a 15-minute drive from Domaine de la Nerthe. Martigues is full of places to visit and discover such as the center of Jonquières, the fishing port of Carro and the Caronte canal.

Bolmon pond

Separated from the Etang de Berre by the Dune du Jaï, the Etang de Bolmon is a vast brackish lagoon, bordered to the south by the Marais du Palun de Marignane. This protected area is an observatory to discover the local flora and fauna.
